Oachira Temple Administration Board registered as a Trust under the Act of 1955 as No.82/59 the 21^st day of October 1959.

 Parabrahma Hospital, Oachira was established in Jan 2000 with bed strength of 100 with a view to save the low ridden poor patients in and around Oachira and the pilgrims. Now the bed strength has been enhanced to 300.It is a purely charitable organization withal free treatment and no loss basis.

 Secretary V Sadasivan, Secretary of Oachira Temple administration board constituted a meeting on 28/10/2002 and has decided to start Bsc Nursing College associated with 300 bedded Parabrahma Speciality Hospital and Research Centre functioning under Oachira Temple administration board in its own land utilizing the own fund of the temple.

I  Health and family welfare department has granted NOC to Parabrahma College Of Nursing, Oachira-for to start Bsc Nursing course in the Academic Year  2016-17 and Letter of permission for starting Bsc Nursing course on 27/07/2016.and the college started its academics from 13/10/2016 with a sanctioned strength of 40 seats.

II The Indian Nursing Council conducted inspection on 27/06/2015 and the institution is permitted for Bsc (N) programme with an intake of 40 seats.

III Kerala Nurses and Midwives council accorded sanction to admit 1^st batch of Bsc Nursing students in the academic year 2016-17 on 27/04/2016.

Board members of the management are elected from 52karas. And the tenor of the Board members is 5 years.
