Students leave and Vacation

1. Students should be regular and punctual in class.

2. All calendar holidays and government declared holidays are given.

3. Vacation will be provided 1week each during, Onam, Christmas & Vishu+Easter combined.

4. Attendance to the sessional exams & Unit test is compulsory.

5. Students while taking leave, prior permission should be sanctioned from the Principal through proper channel. During Clinics get permission from the Class Co-ordinators.

6. In case of Non-attendance at classes leave application must be submitted to the Principal for the leave of absence giving the reason.

7. Parents can request the principal in writing if they want to send their children alone during vacation and holidays. But parents will be responsible for further consequences or parents can come & Collect from the hostel during vacation & holidays.

8. Students or parents are not permitted to make phone calls to the college office for informing leave. No information on leave will be considered.

9. In case of any emergencies if the reason are genuine make phone calls to the Co-ordinator/Warden and get permission sanctioned to avail leave to avoid any disciplinary action.

10. All leave of absence during clinical have to be compensated that year itself as per the direction of the class Co-ordinator.

11. A Candidate who is absent for a total more than 60days continuously within a period of 3months during an academic year, shall not be permitted to continue the course with the same batch of students.She/He may have obtained special sanction for re-admission with the junior batch of students from the University.

12. If any candidate discontinues the course, she must be paid all the course fee, of remaining years of study to complete.

13. Registration to the course is provisional until the university declares the candidate is eligible.

14. Deposits and fees once paid will not be refunded if the candidate leaves the college before completing the course.

15. The student should claim the refundable deposit within three months of completing their course with actual receipt of the amount paid, failing which the deposit would be for gifted from the students.
