University Regulations

1. Students have to pass for internal assessment in each subject before appearing for the university examination (50% minimum for a pass)
2. Students have to score minimum 50% marks in each theory & practicals separately for a pass.
3. Students must have a minimum 80% of attendance for theory papers and 100% of attendance for practicals.
4. Students should have a minimum percentage of attendance for all subjects in order to attend the regular university examinations if any subject has got less of minimum percentage cannot appear for University regular examination in any subjects of that particular year of study.
5. University examination will be held twice in a year

(i) Regular examination Oct-Nov

(ii) Supplementary examination April-May

6. Candidates who secure minimum 50% marks will be declared as pass,

75% &above – 1st class& distinction

60% & above – 1st class

50% & above- 2nd class

7. Candidates who pass the exam at subsequent appearance shall be ranked in the second class.
8. Students of all universities other than the University of Kerala must produce a migration certificate.
9. Periodically parent will be contacted to know the academic performance of their ward.
